People Bearing Factory (BPBF)
is founded in 1969, covered an area of 4 million square meters, the
production building area is 80,000 square meters with 600 sets of
main production equipments. By the end of 1994, the net value of fixed
assets is more than 40 million RMB. We have almost 2000 employees,
10% of which are engineers and technicians. The factory is one of
the major enterprises in the bearing industry, and also be the member
unit of bearing fitting supply center in Ministry of Metallurgical
Industry of the People's Republic of China.
BPBF have strong developing and design capacity. Provide technical
services of bearing model and type selecting, non-standard bearing
design and production domesticization design according to customers'
special requests. Develop and design various new bearing products
based on the market demand.
After 25 years' continuous development, we can produce all kinds
of deep groove ball bearing, spherical ball bearing, single-row, double-row
and four-row cylindrical roller bearing, spherical roller bearing,
large size needle roller bearing and all kinds of angular contact
ball bearing, large size thrust roller bearing and thrust ball bearing,
all kinds of radial bearing and one-way thrust bearing, chain wheel
and gyro wheel special use bearing for forklift truck gantry mounting.
Now there are over 1000 kinds of products in our product catalogue,
we produce over 400 to 500 kinds throughout the year. The four-row
cylindrical roller bearing use for bear the weight of rolling mill
for the metallurgy of ferrous metals and nonferrous metals enterprises,
symmetrical spherical roller bearing and auxiliary deep groove ball
bearing, two-piece inter ring, two-piece outer ring, two-piece inter
ring double row, double ring angular contact ball bearing, thrust
tapped roller bearing for rolling mill load mechanism have dominated
1/3 domestic market. Our factory can also provide all kinds of standard
and non-standard bearing for machine tool, engineering machinery,
automobile and tractor, petrochemical industry, electrical machinery
and water pump manufacturing.
